Shipping costs in Italy vary according to the number of bottles. If the order is equal to or more than 7 bottles, shipping costs are totally free.

The bottles will be shipped in packaging suitable for transport to ensure their safety. All packages are delivered by courier throughout Italy. Couriers deliver in Europe and worldwide with variable times depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are only indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment. Antica Bottega di Padre Peppe srl does not take responsibility for delays in customs clearance, but undertakes to reduce any inconveniences to a minimum.

Taxes and duties

  The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the purchase order, so no further commission is due on receipt of the goods. For orders placed within the European Union, Antica Bottega di Padre Peppe SRL will be responsible for making the declaration of import charges and clearance. The amount of excise duty paid by Antica Bottega di Padre Peppe srl will be shown as a separate item and settled at the time of payment.

Order tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details of your purchase. If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Products available for immediate delivery are dispatched within two working days from the order date. When the parcel is handed over to the courier, it is tracked electronically and its arrival date is estimated. You can follow the progress of the delivery by accessing the courier’s tracking page using the link we will send you. The link is sent by email as soon as the courier makes the tracking information available on its website.
